It's Never Too Late....

Hello. Sorry for the delay. I've actually had a few crazy things happen recently....

I just staged a house that has been on the market for 10 months. It is owned by an investor, who, in my opinion, did a nice remodel. It's priced right. Nice and open. They had an offer and almost went to closing but the buyer's suddenly changed their minds.....we'll have to see how staging impacts this house but my point is, it's never too late to stage!! I believe the 'before pictures' compared to the 'staged pictures' are PROOF POSITIVE of how it helps the house to absolutely shine. Buyers can now see what THEIR FUTURE HOME can look like. Staging helps buyers have an emotional connection to a house and that translates to an offer!

Compared to the staged room (dining room and sitting area). Now buyers can see where to put furniture and aren't confused by a large open space. What a difference! And believe me, these pictures don't really do the staged room justice....
