How many of you actually take the time to notice the decor in Hotels you stay at?

Being a "Home" Stager does not stop my creative mind there, I notice all decors no matter where I am. Recently I visited two hotels that had recently been completed in a popular shopping district.

This trend is extremely popular and I have a feeling it will continue to Grow as time goes on.

Greenery is not just for the garden anymore, you can grow it right in your own home or apartment that is what is so great about this trend!

Plants have this amazing ability to decrease stress and heighten concentration as well.  I don't know about you but I am all about decreasing my stress levels ;) 

Flowers have this capability as well, so if your not into the greenery, this is a beautiful alternative!

I get this question ALL. THE. TIME!

It's quite simple, the Seller is normally responsible for the Staging Costs.... But... in some instances I have had Real Estate Agents front the bill.

The reason for this is the Real Estate Agent sees a tremendous advantage in having the home staged before actually placing the home on the market.  SMART! 

In a recent study based on the 2018 selling market from the "Home Staging Resource", homes that have been staged sell between 6-25% higher than the average home on the market. Who doesn't love that stat! It's a no brainer investment. 

Now, the real question is, are you willing to invest in Selling Your Lifestyle?!?
